The author of this blog (as you might have guessed by now) is Rahul. Rahul is a regular guy, much like the reader, and has been interested in working out and the most effective ways to do so for a while now. Everything I write about is “put through the grinder” before I endorse it, so this is not just advice from a “laptop expert” (and there are many of those out there).
My goal is to get people motivated to get fit - without unnecessary frills. That, in a nutshell, is the goal, and if I can get even one person to achieve that goal by reading, well, I’ve done my job.
